To make this whiskey, we took our highly-acclaimed 7-Year-Old Single Malt Whiskey, which is aged in American oak casks, and finished it in Japanese Mizunara casks. The resulting whiskey has a uniquely sweet and smooth taste with notes of honeyed vanilla, plum, and apricot—plus a touch of citrus zest and characteristic peat smoke.
