Hailing from the out of the way region, Gaillac, vigneron Mathieu Vieules's 20 hectares are planted to the traditional grape varieties of the region, like Loin de L'œil, Jurançon Noir, Braucol, Mauzac, and more. 

The Perle Nature is 100% Loin de L'œil from 200ish year old vines -- a rarity to see a single expression of a lesser known grape. This is the perfect summer aperitif wine -- tangy and pleasantly citrusy -- tastes like Friday afternoon.
